Whilst I am thoroughly enjoying seeing so many MPs having their snouts dragged from the trough and being publicly humiliated I think it’s time for the press to turn their attention to the European Parliament and start exposing the far greater corruption which runs through every level of that less than august body.
Remember that this is a publicly accountable body which has consistently broken it’s own laws by refusing to publish accounts for fear of the European taxpayer discovering how deep the corruption goes.
I doubt there’d be enough prison spaces in the whole of Europe to house the guilty from an exposure like this.
