I should probably explain the earlier comment about ‘day 1 over and still in a job’.

The first service engineer the company sent here was sent packing fairly sharpish. The second guy survived the full term but the client was still not very happy apparently. So the company elaborated on the truth a little and said “we’ll send you our most experienced guy”.

So here I am, under no pressure at all then!!!!
